When you use the contact form, we receive your first and last name, email address, the subject you choose, and your message. Your message is saved in the website's database and its full contents are emailed to the practice inbox so we can reply.

Email and web forms are not a confidential clinical channel. Please do not include health, diagnosis, medication, insurance, or emergency information. The form is not monitored for emergencies — if you are in crisis, call 911 or 988.

We use these messages only to respond to you and to keep a record of our communication.

Like any website, our hosting provider processes basic technical request information (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) to deliver and maintain the site. If a page fails to load, details about the error may be sent to our website platform so problems can be fixed.

The public pages of this site do not set analytics or advertising cookies, and we do not use analytics or tracking tools on them. A sign-in session is stored in the browser only for the site owner when using a private editor sign-in page; regular visitors are not asked to sign in.

• Google Fonts: our text fonts load from Google, which receives your IP address and browser information when a page loads.
• Website hosting and email delivery: provided through our website platform.
• Grow Therapy and social media: only when you click a link to them. Their own privacy policies apply on their sites.

No automatic deletion schedule is set up for contact messages at this time. They are kept as part of our communication records.
